Our guarantee

Processed immediately. In hand in 48 hours.

SST cards are all we do. We start on your card the moment your requirements are clear. Every card ships with a tracking number and typically arrives within 48 hours.

How the guarantee works

What we promise

We process your SST card immediately once all requirements are clear and hand it to the carrier with a tracking number by the end of the next business day. Cards typically arrive within 48 hours.

What you do

Finish your course. Upload a clear photo of yourself, your ID and your OSHA card or certificate. That is it.

If we miss

If we are late processing your card — no tracking number by the end of the next business day after your requirements are clear — your next renewal course is half off, and if you ever lose the card, one replacement is free.

Why we can promise this

Other schools teach a hundred courses. We focus only on NYC Site Safety Training, so every card gets handled the day it is ready.

What it does not cover

  • The OSHA limit of 7.5 training hours a day. OSHA 30 takes at least 4 days.
  • The plastic OSHA card. OSHA mails it in 4 to 6 weeks. Your certificate is ready the day you finish.
  • Delays at NYC systems or with the mail carrier after your card ships.
  • Documents we cannot read or that do not match. We tell you the same day what to fix.

How to claim

Email help@sst.nyc with your order number within 30 days of finishing. A real person answers.
