How does pricing work?
One price per worker. Same rate whether you're buying one seat or a hundred. No bulk discounts, no negotiated rates, no games — we're workers too, so we keep it as low as we can for everybody, period.
What info do I need for my workers?
First name, last name, and email address for each worker. Phone is optional.
How long does the course take?
Depends on the course — 10 hours for Worker SST, up to 32 hours for Supervisor SST, 8 or 16 hours for a renewal. All self-paced online.
Do workers need their own email?
Yes, each worker needs a unique email address to create their account and access the course.
What happens after I purchase?
You get a dashboard to track your crew's progress. Workers receive login credentials and can start immediately.
Can I add more workers later?
Yes. You can purchase additional seats anytime from your company dashboard.
How long is an SST card good for?
Five years from the date printed on the card (the issuance date) — not from the day the course ends. NYC DOB can issue the card up to 60 days after completion, so always read the expiry off the card. Your dashboard tracks it for every worker.
Worker card or Supervisor card — which one?
Anyone working on a Local Law 196 site needs a Worker SST card (10-hour course on top of OSHA 10 or 30). Anyone supervising — foreman, super, competent person — needs a Supervisor SST card (32-hour course on top of OSHA 30).
A worker's card already expired. Now what?
If it expired on or after May 3, 2026 there is a one-year grace period to complete the renewal course. If it expired before that date, or the grace year has passed, NYC DOB requires a brand-new card — the full Worker or Supervisor course.
