- Pre-Task Meeting (SST-303) – Morning huddles that aren’t theater: risks of the day, who does what, sign-offs
- Tool Box Talks (SST-304) – How to run toolbox talks that people actually listen to

- Fire Protection & Prevention (SST-103) – Fire watch, hot work, evacuation

Is this easier than the full 32-Hour course?
It’s shorter (22 hours vs. 32), but it’s not “easier.” It assumes you already know the worker-level basics and jumps straight into supervisor topics.
Can I do this on my phone?

How long does it take?
22 hours minimum. The NYC DOB tracks time, so no speeding through. Most people spread it over 1-2 weeks.
