NYC DOB (1 RCNY 105-03) won't count an OSHA 30 more than 5 years old toward your SST card — even though OSHA itself never expires it. Not a problem. This course already teaches 8 hours of Fall Prevention. Add the 4-hour Supported Scaffold refresher (SCA-212) and you meet DOB's 8-hour OSHA refresher. Both courses, one enrollment, one card.
