NYC counts OSHA 30 as 30 of the 40 hours for a Worker SST card. OSHA 10 counts as 10 of the 40 hours. We recommend OSHA 30. The Supervisor path requires OSHA 30.

Online, in order
Lessons open one after another and each has a minimum time. Your progress saves automatically.
Photo ID
Proctored
We proctor both courses ourselves. You photograph your ID before the course opens, and we ask a quick question about it at random times while you train.
7.5 hrs
Daily limit
OSHA limits training to 7.5 hours a day. OSHA 30 takes at least 4 days and OSHA 10 at least 2 days.

Time to finish
You have 180 days to finish once you start.

70% or better on each lesson quiz and on the final exam. You get 3 attempts at each.

Which one should I take?
In NYC, take OSHA 30. It counts as 30 of your 40 hours. OSHA 10 leaves you 30 short.
Is OSHA 30 the same as SST?
No. OSHA 30 is 30 of the 40 hours for an NYC Worker SST card. You also need 10 hours of SST.
Is OSHA 10 enough for an NYC SST card?
Not by itself. NYC counts OSHA 10 as 10 of the 40 hours, so you still need 30 more.
How fast can I finish?
OSHA 30 takes at least 4 days. OSHA 10 takes at least 2 days. You have 180 days to finish.
What do I need to pass?
You need 70% and get 3 tries. Fail 3 times and the course restarts once. After that you buy it again.
When do I get my OSHA card?
Your certificate is ready when you finish. Your card comes by mail in 4 to 6 weeks, to a valid US address.
Is the course available in Spanish?
Yes. The same OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 courses are sold in Spanish. Switch this page to Español to enroll.
What if I lose my OSHA card?
