Payment Information: Credit/debit card details, billing address, and transaction history. Payment data is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
Course Enrollment Data: The specific courses you purchase, enrollment dates, and completion certificates.
Form Submissions: Any information you submit through our contact forms, registration forms, or support requests (processed via WPForms).

Device & Browser Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, and device identifiers.

Course Progress Data: Lesson completion status, quiz scores, video watch time, and certification progress tracked through our LearnDash learning management system.

Hostinger — Web hosting provider that stores our website files and databases on servers located in the United States.

Form Submissions: Retained for 2 years unless the submission results in an ongoing account relationship.

When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

8. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Our services are designed for adults working in the construction and safety industries. Our courses and certifications are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.
